Whenever and wherever possible, we work hard to source organic ingredients.

Ingredient combinations you just wont find anywhere else!

We work closely with some of our favorite Northwest sources to use ingredients that are as local as possible.

Seasonal Menu

Many of our seasonal offerings use ingredients from local farms, and availability is limited. Not all seasonal pizzas are available for online ordering, please call your favorite store directly if you do not see it available for online ordering.

We are currently revamping our seasonal program to provide more interesting, frequent, and local seasonal offerings. Sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of this page or 'like' us on Facebook to hear the newest most exciting news about our super-special line of seasonal offerings!

Not in Season

We love using unique ingredients at their peak of flavor, or delicious flavor combinations that fit the season. You may see the seasonal pizzas below pop up throughout the year!

Buffalo Blitz

House-made buffalo wing sauce, mozzarella cheese, fresh celery, and draper valley farms antibiotic-free chicken breast tossed in buffalo wing sauce. This game-day classic is finished with provolone cheese and served with blue cheese dressing on the side for dipping or drizzling on top as an after-bake!

Pumpkin Patch

A base of house-made roasted pumpkin and sage puree, sausage, maple caramelized onions, and candied walnuts topped off with mozzarella and parmesan cheeses!

Roasted Beet-nik

Roasted red and gold beet slices from Oxbow Farms, roasted red pepper, fresh basil and Laura Chenel chevre --- all atop a base of mozzarella cheese and our house-made Ruby Red sauce.

Roasted Eggplant

Using fresh eggplant from our friends at Alvarez Farms, we slice and roast the eggplant to perfection so it pairs perfectly with roasted red peppers and roasted garlic. All atop mozzarella cheese and a very special roasted sweet onion sauce as the base, then topped with thyme, black pepper, and parmesan.
